YarnluvingLizzy's Butter Tart Filling
(makes 12)
1 c. raisins (soaked in hot water for 5 min. then drained)
Add to the raisins:
1 c. dark brown sugar
2 tbsps. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 beaten egg
Mix very thoroughly until few sugar grains remain. Bake in prepared individual tart crusts until puffy.
